How it works: Using the latest Deep Convolutional Neural Networks with a special algorithm adjusted specifically for the images' lines and color, bigjpg intelligently reduces noise and serration in images. This allows the images to be enlarged without losing quality. Compared to other tools like PS, the resulting image is much higher quality, colors are well kept, there is almost no 'glitter' or doubling visible, and noise is not seen in the resulting images.

Best suited for: Anime images and illustrations are nearly perfectly processed, with colors, details, and edges all well kept. Regular photos are supported as well.

Usage Instructions & Workflow

1. Select and upload an image (Image type can be set to Artwork or Photo).
2. Configure upscaling settings: Upscaling ratio (2x, 4x, 8x, 16x) and Noise Reduction level (None, Low, Medium, High, Highest).
3. Start the process and wait for completion (Non-logged-in users must keep the browser open; logged-in users support offline enlarging).
4. Download the enlarged image.

API Support

Supports API access, including Enlarge API (submit task with parameters: style, noise, x2, input), Result Query API, and Task retry API, requiring X-API-KEY for authentication.

• Free Plan: 20 pictures/month, slow speed, shared server, 5MB max upload, 4x max enlarging ratio, offline enlarging supported.
• Basic $6 USD: 2 Months duration, 500 pictures/month, one-time payment, top priority speed, high-performance server, 50MB max upload, 16x max enlarging ratio, offline, parallel, and batch enlarging supported.
• Standard $12 USD: 6 Months duration, 1000 pictures/month, one-time payment, other benefits same as Basic.
• Premium $22 USD: 12 Months duration, 2000 pictures/month, one-time payment, other benefits same as Basic.

FAQ

• Upload limits: Free user 3000x3000px, 5M; paid user 50M.
• Speed: Actual processing time is usually much shorter than estimated, depending on original size, configurations, and server traffic/time.
• Failure: Small chance of failure depending on network environment and online users; simply try again.
• Privacy policy: Uploaded and enlarged images are automatically deleted after 3 days. Image links are encrypted; no one can download unless the link is shared.
• Slow download: Default server is in Mainland China. Logged-in users can change the server to the United States in settings to speed up downloads.
