Payments are processed via Stripe, supporting credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cash App, Link, or Klarna. Refunds are not available for used credits due to 3rd party AI processing costs, but unused credits from mistaken purchases can be refunded by contacting support@chatuml.com.
