Pricing & Billing Model

Pay As You Go: You only pay for your usage, there's no flat monthly fee. You'll be billed once per month for your usage. Token-based Pricing: $0.0037 per 1k tokens. The GPT family of models process text using tokens, which represent the cost to summarize articles. To give users the most transparency into the bill, SciSummary charges by tokens as well. 1 token is approximately 4 characters or 0.75 words for English text (as a point of reference, the collected works of Shakespeare are about 900,000 words or 1.2M tokens).
