Credits & Refund Policy: Credits are what Kidgeni uses to create art, stories and more. Subscribed accounts will refill with more credits at the beginning of the billing cycle. If you run out of credits before the next refill, you can upgrade to the next plan. Unfortunately, they do not refund credit purchases.
