Lucidly uses AI to detect rapid rapid eye movement (REM) sleep in real time, and deliver haptic alerts to the end user. The application can be used to support a variety of lucid dreaming induction techniques, including wake-back-to-bed, wake-induced, dream-induced, and dream-exit-induced lucid dreaming.
