AI Tool Submission Terms

1. Eligibility and Scope

By submitting an AI tool to ToolAI.io, you confirm that you are the owner or an authorized representative of the product and that you accept these submission terms.

2. Review and Listing Rules

ToolAI.io reviews submitted tools for fit, quality, and safety. We may edit titles, summaries, categories, tags, and screenshots for clarity, and we may approve, reject, delay, or remove a listing at our discretion.

3. Submission Quality Requirements

Submissions must describe a real AI product with accurate links, pricing, screenshots, and feature claims. The following content or behavior is not allowed:

• High-risk or Illegal Services: We do not accept tools or landing pages that promote illegal services, regulated financial abuse, fraud, gambling, adult content, or other high-risk activities.
• Misleading or Low-value Listings: Tools with fake traffic claims, copied descriptions, broken landing pages, placeholder content, or duplicate listings may be rejected or removed.
• Do not submit tools that impersonate another brand, misuse trademarks, or hide the actual product behind unrelated redirect pages.
• Do not submit tools that distribute malware, phishing flows, intrusive scripts, or behavior that harms user devices, accounts, or data.

We may reject submissions, remove listings, suspend related accounts, and withhold refunds when these rules are violated.

4. Fees, Review Priority and Refunds

Paid submission fees cover listing review and processing, not guaranteed placement, ranking, traffic, or editorial endorsement. Priority review shortens the queue but does not guarantee approval.

Once a paid review has started, fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only when ToolAI.io cannot deliver the purchased review service.

5. Ownership and Authorization

You keep ownership of your product and assets, but you authorize ToolAI.io to display your tool name, logo, screenshots, short description, and public links on the platform. You must have the right to submit every asset you provide.

6. Removal, Updates and Enforcement

ToolAI.io may update, relabel, move, unlist, or remove any tool page to keep the directory accurate and safe. We do not guarantee ongoing visibility, lead volume, traffic, or business results from a listing.
